I’m Becoming My Mother

An improv workshop where you play a character based on your mother (or your father, or any crucial character in your life.) Funny, cathartic, eye-opening. In this workshop you will not only understand them better, but gain insights into your family (or other) dynamic, and gain a clearer understanding of who you are and where you come from.

The Improv Workshop of Your Dreams

In this embodied dream circle, participants are invited to share a dream, and collectively, we will create new improv games based on them. Play with your dreams in a whole new way, and play with playing itself!

Boring Improv

Bad improv happens when players try too hard to be funny, interesting, or just want attention. So what happens when it’s the opposite? In this workshop, we’re encouraged to be as boring as possible. Prepare to be yelled at when you discover that just being yourself, noticing things, and reacting naturally is “Too interesting!”

 

Each workshop is available for a group or an individual. It is customizable to your needs. They last a minimum of one hour and up to three hours, and can be a series. For more information, contact Lauren at me@Laurentina.me
